Hydro

With its main lab located in Bellows Falls, Vermont, on the upper Connecticut River, Quantum Energy utilizes hydroelectric power for research and development. Built in 1801, the Bellows Falls Canal is the oldest in the United States. Converted to a fully functional hydro power station, the Bellows Falls Canal continues to provide electric power, both to the Quantum Energy lab, and to a growing consumer market.

Quantum Energy research utilizes both solar and hydropower. Solar batteries charge research samples, while electricity from the hydro station powers lab equipment and essential components used in experiments.
